About Us

Our Journey

Hello, we are Kelly and Erin Dees. We started a small Irish Dexter Beef farm in North Mississippi around 15 years ago. Although this farm is my family farm, where I was raised as a child. The farm has been producing meat, vegetables, milk, etc. All the things you need to supply you own food. My parents and grandparents taught me all this throughout my life on this little farm.

So that is what Erin and I want to do for our family, neighbors and friends, Is to supply a product the way we have raised and processed food since this little farm started in 1960. Everything is all home grown, as is has been since my parents and grandparents started. Our belief is it is better to go back to the way food was produced many years ago and that is in to raise and preserve the food like my family did it all my life. Not like the big corporations do it today, which doing it like grandma did it makes it so much better for us and taste much better.
